Terms and Conditions of Aptiphy Design Group
Aptiphy Design Group begin projects, included also websites and online shops once the necessary materials have been delivered by the client and a deposit from 20% to 70% of the final price of the ordered project has been paid by the client. Then, we charge for the individual design stages according to our standard procedure. The design stages and the charges will be determined prior to the start of the cooperation.
Aptiphy Design Group is not responsible for delays in the project caused by the customer’s failure to provide the necessary materials, information or content.
In the case where part of the work on the project has already been done and the client resigns from our services, the deposit is forfeited for the work already done.
In case of delayed or missing payments, our company reserves the right to block the website or online shop without notice.
By sending us materials for the design of a website or an online shop, the customer declares to have the right to use and publish them online on their own domain.
Our company is not responsible for the content on the website or in the customer’s e-shop, which the customer does not have copyrights on or rights for publications on the Internet.
The materials we publish on the website or in the online shop may be licensed and copyrighted, so the customer may not use them for any other purpose.
The official date of the project commencement is the date when the deposit has been paid and the funds are available in our bank account. The expected project completion date is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to meet the deadlines. However, we cannot be held liable if the project is delayed for reasons beyond our control, such as:
delay in the delivery of materials by the client, technical problems, illness of employees or changes made by the client during work.
A standard procedure in our company is to place a discrete information (with an active hyperlink to our site) in the footer of the site or an online shop about the fact that the site was developed by our company.
Our company is not responsible for the malfunctioning of the servers of external service providers.
After the final acceptance of the project by the client and after the final settlement of the work, in case of installing the website or online shop at an external hosting provider and providing access to the CMS system, our company is not responsible for the correct functioning of the website or online shop.
*Acceptance is tantamount to the approval of the project for implementation in terms of both graphics and content
(typos, correctness of names, telephone numbers, addresses, etc.) and correctness of translation into a foreign language.
